The HBA of Michigan aims to make housing attainable for all Michiganders and challenges unlawful government action in the building and housing industries. With the help of our members, HBAM has worked to build the Legal Action Fund which allows us to participate in legal cases and lawsuits that affect your business and accessibility to housing. Our political action committee, Friends of Housing PAC, endorses candidates who promote policies that make housing more attainable. HBAM members also have access to statewide benefits that can save your business thousands.Â
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) gives you access to resources that give your business an advantage. NAHB offers virtual and in-person courses from industry experts that keep you up to date on new practices. NAHB also works as a political advocate, addressing important industry issues on Capitol Hill.
