The proposed Michigan Family Leave Optimal Coverage Benefits Act creates a one-size-fits-all, state-administered paid leave insurance program that would permit employees up to 15 weeks of paid, intermittent leave. This proposal would impact every employer and employee in Michigan, no matter the size of your business.
